This service is a volunteer based befriending scheme for older people who are isolated. It is funded for Redbridge residents but is also available in Havering and Barking & Dagenham for a very small monthly fee. The service can be either via a weekly home visit or phone calls, Monday to Friday up to five times a week.

Anyone aged 60 and over can receive a morning telephone call up to five times per week, Monday to Friday — it is your choice.
